Fanshawe Agricultural Fair

On Saturday, August 20th and Sunday, August 21st experience all the pleasures of a 19th century rural fair. Threshing, exhibits, rare breeds display, musical entertainment and classic cars are but a few of the many events to enjoy. Plan to stay for lunch and enjoy a traditional thresherman's lunch buffet at the Pioneer Village café.

Feature Activities:

  • Square dancing with the Berkshire Beavers on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
  • Three Penny Piece will be serenading us with their sweet sounds on Saturday and Sunday afternoon
  • Dog Agility Demonstrations by the Middlesex Agility Club on Sunday at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • Traditional 19th Century rural fair games Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

 This event is presented in Partnership with Try County Heritage club and sponsored by Casco Inc, Pioneer Hi-Bred Ltd, and CHRW 94.9FM.
