Event FAQs

• Is the Village Accessible?

  The Village Hall is wheelchair accessible. There is accessible parking in front of the main entrance to the Village, with no stairs indoors or outdoors. Washrooms, are located near the Village Hall and are fully accessible.

• I would like to sit with another group that has purchased tickets, how can I arrange that?

• Dietary Restrictions/ Allergies?

  Unfortunately due to the small size of the event we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions, please email rentals@fanshawepioneervillage.ca if you have any questions.

• Are the Heritage Village buildings open for this event?

  The Heritage Village grounds will be open for walks during the event, but the Heritage Buildings are closed.

  They will reopen again for the 67th season on May 16, 2027.
