Join musical artist Denise Pelley and accompanist Stephen Holowitz in a lecture and listen series about Famous Black Canadians inside the AME Church.

Time: 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
In her fifth performance in this series, Denise will share the biographies of singer-songwriter Salome Bey and writer Lawrence Hill, as well as sing a selection of titles inspired by their stories.
Beautiful music is paired with stirring tales at this special afternoon event in the Village’s 1848 African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Ticket cost: $20.00 (plus taxes and Eventbrite fees).
Tickets to this performance include admission to the Heritage Village, which is open from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Online ticket sales will conclude at 1:00 p.m. on the afternoon of the performance. A limited number of tickets will also be available in the Heritage Village Toll Gate / Visitor Entrance on the day of the event.
