New this Year: No Scare Sunday
On October 29th experience the Abandoned Village with no scare performers, no strobe lights, and during late afternoon light. Entry to the Abandoned Village between 5:00-5:30pm. After 7:00 the Abandoned Village returns to its usual haunts and horrors!

What is it?
A Multi-building Scary Haunted House. Visitors will be walking through the Village with frightful scenes throughout the experience.
Age Guidelines:
14+ is strongly recommended, there are scenes of violence, gore and graphic content. This is a frightening haunted house. Youth under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
Walk Up Information
Every day for the Abandoned Village event, the dates for the Event will indicate if there is Walk Up ticket availability for the Abandoned Village at 2pm. For Walk Up tickets, exact cash, as well as debit/credit will be available. Please let the registration person know you are a walk up, and they will direct you to the correct spot for ticket purchase. Walk Up tickets are not guaranteed for every night, pre-purchase is strongly recommended

How does the ticket time work?
Your ticket will have an arrival time (ex. 8:00-8:20), please arrive at Fanshawe Pioneer Village between this time. When you arrive, you will be put in a queue based on your ticket arrival time to enter the Abandoned Village to ensure distancing and staggered entry. This time is not how long your experience will be, simply what time you should arrive for (Ex. Do not worry if you arrive at 8:15, as you are still within the 8:00-8:20 arrival time slot). Arriving a little before your arrival time is good too!
How is this event different from previous Halloween events?
Experience a new event in a long Halloween tradition at Fanshawe Pioneer Village. The Abandoned Village is a haunted attraction presented in partnership with ByronScaryHouse, so you know it will be terrifying! Our haunted attractions take you off the beaten path as you travel around our site.
Wagon rides are no longer part of our Halloween events.
Coming with a large group of people?
Large groups will be asked to split into smaller units to allow for true terror and physical distancing. A maximum of 4 per unit will be strictly adhered to.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
The Abandoned Village is a 14+ event, allowing for true terrors!
Can I wear a costume? Can I bring a pretend weapon?
You are welcome to wear your own costume! Please keep costume weapons at home.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds of purchased tickets. This show will proceed rain or shine, no rain-checks provided. Please arrive within your designated arrival time, attendees will be let in at staggered times throughout their time slot.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Fanshawe Pioneer Village is inside Fanshawe Conservation Area. Enter the Conservation Area at 1424 Clarke Road, London, Ontario. (Intersection of Veterans Memorial Parkway and Clarke Road). Take the road marked “Upper Thames River Conservation -No Exit”. Once inside the Conservation Area follow the directional sign to reach Fanshawe Pioneer Village.
What is the nature of the event?
This is an outdoor event that takes place on gravel and uneven pathways, forested areas, and grass as you travel around the Heritage Village at night. The length of the walk is approximately 1/2 km. Come prepared for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
