Our Thanksgiving Luncheon is served in the Trillium Community Gallery, which is is located just outside of the Heritage Village in the Spriet Family Visitor Centre. This facility is fully accessible with parking immediately outside the building, with accessible washrooms.

Included with your meal is entry into to the Heritage Village for our Thanksgiving Day event, a day all about the fall harvest! Make sure to see below the viewing times for the Village for each seating.

Ticket includes entry into the Heritage Village for our Thanksgiving Day Event. The Heritage Village is only open 10:00am-4:00pm this day and so please make sure you plan accordingly, if you plan to eat and also visit the Village.

For the 12:00pm seating enjoy the Heritage Village before or after your meal.
For the 4:00pm seating make sure to explore the Heritage Village before your meal.

• I would like to sit with another group that has purchased tickets, how can I arrange that? 

  • If you are meeting someone at the event, and would like to sit together please contact rentals@fanshawepioneervillage.ca or 519-457-1296 extension 813 to make arrangements in advance.

• Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

  • For dietary inquiries, contact us in advance at rentals@fanshawepioneervillage.ca.

  • We cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions day of the event.

• What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

  • Fanshawe Pioneer Village is located within the Fanshawe Conservation Area, entrance at 1424 Clarke Road. Tell the Conservation Area attendant your going to the Pioneer Village for the Thanksgiving Luncheon.

  • Once inside follow main road and orange directional signs through the Conservation Area to our large visitor parking lot (located on the left-hand side of the road as you approach the Village).

  • There is accessible parking directly in front of the Spriet Family Visitor Centre (to reach this continue past our large Visitor lot and you will see the Spriet Centre on the right.)

  • There is no public transportation to site.

• What's the refund policy?

  • There are no refunds for this event.

• Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

  • We are tree friendly! You do not need to bring a printed copy of your ticket with you but we will ask for the name you registered under.
